hello Frnd
As we know that
Range = Highest value - Lowest value
and Coefficient of range = Highest value - Lowest value / highest value + Lowest value
Here Given
Lowest value = 45
Cofficient of range = 0.25
let highest value as H
0.25 = H - 45 / H + 45
0.25 ( H + 45 ) = H - 45
0.25 H + 11.25 = H - 45
45 + 11.25 = H - 0.25H
56.25 = 0.75 H
H = 75
Hence the Highest Value is 75
Now Range = 75 - 45 = 30
hope it helps
