Answer :

Zero

Explaination :

For DC power frequency is 0 HZ.

So now reactance formula of inductor is given by…

Xl = 2×pi×f×L

Here Xl is reactance in ohm.

Pi = 3.14 is constant.

f = 0 Hz frequency for DC power.

Substituting value f = 0 Hz in above equation

Xl = 0,

Hence the inductive reactance will be zero for DC power that is why inductor behaves as short circuit for DC supply and capacitor block the DC supply ( capacitive reactance is infinite for DC supply Xc = 1/ 2×pi×f×C )

In a DC Circuit, Inductive reactance would be zero(0).

The frequency in the DC power supply is zero.

The formula of reactance is given by:

X_{L} = 2\pi fL

X_{L} is the reactance of the circuit. The S.I. X_{L} is Ohm because it is the resistance of the circuit.

Substituting value f=0 in the above equation,

X_{L}=2\pi (0)L ,

X_{L} =0,

Therefore, irrespective of the inductance the Inductive reactance at D.C. supply will remain 0. Inductor behaves as a short circuit in a D.C. supply.

An inductor only works on A.C. supply.
