1) In a Democracy there are regular elections in which party in power has fair chance of loosing.

2) In democracy there is not only one party. There are many parties, So the party in majority becomes the rulling party for a particular period.

3) In Democracy, if Citizens want to remove the party in power they can do that and another party can come in power .
