In a democracy the leadership keeps on changing and hence there is never an eternal winner. The process keeps on changing and it is characterized with adaptability. Democracy involves compromises where when people lose an election it does not mean that they have to live in misery until the time they will win an election. Both parties can live harmoniously and productively with one another, not even taking notice of the elective difference
