in a desert the temprature rises during the day and falls rapidly at night. why?

nikita12354: because in day the get hot due to extreme hot climatic conditions and as the sun set down then the sand become cool and the temperature get cool

Answer: In desertlands there is no moisture in the air. This moisture acts like a blanket and protects the earth's surface from the hot sunrays. In absence of this blanket the temperature rises rapidly during the days and falls rapidly at night.

deserts do not have atmosphere belt show the temperature rises during the day and Falls rapidly at night...
the other areas have this atmospheric belt and hence the temperature is moderate...
