In a division sum,the divisor is 12 times the quoitent and 5 times the remainder.if the remainder is 48,then what is the dividend

let the divisor be d, quotient be q and remainder be r
then quotient=12q=d
and remainder=5r=d
Now, 5r=d
put r=48
=>5×48=d
=>240=d
now, 12q=240
=>q=20
now,
dividend=divisor × quotient + remainder
=>240*20+48
=>4848
Therefore, 4848 is the dividend!
