In a ecoli 4.6×{10}^{6} (4.6×10 power 6) bps are present than how many nucleosomes are present??

My doubt is prokaryotic cell lacks histone proteins than how could it form nucleosomes?

Ans: is zero as Ecoli is a prokaryote so its doesnt have histone proteins/ nucleosome...
