In a effort to break gender sterotypes , The Indian state which recently decided to appoint fire women for the first time is KERALA .
Kerala is one of the Indian states, which is developing very rapidly. The state has also recorded 100% literacy in the recent times .
In one of the cabinet meeting held by Pinarayi Vijayan, This decision was taken. They also said that they are looking to recruit 100 women in the state's Fire & rescue department .
Creating this post, Kerala , an Indian state is going to create a statement that Women are not less than men. They can do anything if they think. This decision by the government is much appreciable.
