Let the total voters enrolled be x.

No. of casted votes=(100−10)%×x=0.9x

No. of votes valid=(100−20)%×0.9x=0.72x

75%×0.72x=8500=15740 (approx)

Hence, total no.of voters enrolled =15740 (approx)
