Let b represent the number of votes given for candidate B. Then candidate A got b+400. So:
b+b+400=30000
2b=29600
b=14800
Candidate B got 14800 votes; candidate A got 15200 votes for a ratio of 38:37. ☺☺☺☺

hope it helps dear.....
plz mark as brainiest....:)
