Visualise it like this::
Consider there are 100 employees in the factory. In it 30 are women and 70 are men. Among this 100, 70 are above 30years old. And 60 are men. So that gives us remaining 10 women who are above 30 years old. So out of the 30 women working there, 10 are above 30years old. So the percentage of women employees who are above 30 years old out of the total number of women employees is-

 \frac{10}{30}  \times 100
So the answer is 33.33%.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Answer is 93.33%

30% of the employees are women = 300x and,

Rest are men = 700x

Now, above the age of 30 years is 70% = 700x and,

Above the age of 30 years who are men is 60% =

700x × 0.6= 420x

Above the age of 30 years are women = 280x (700x-420x) . So, percentage will be 280x/300x ×100 = 93.33%
