how many days will the did last for....
Now men will be 500.
As there will be more men food will last for less days. if there will be less men food will last for more days.
So,. It is a case of inverse Proportion.
In case of inverse Proportion.
x1 × y1 = x2 × y2
600 × 180 = 500 × y2.
= 6 × 36
= 216.
Hence. if 100 men leave at the first day then the food will last for 216 days.

soln is 600/180= 500/ no of days
no of days = 600/180×500
= 6/180= 1/30
= 30 days more
= 210 days ....
