As the seat cover is very smooth, the magnitude of friction decreases. As the rickshaw is moving, we possess the inertia of motion. When, it stops on application of brakes, then the vehicle stops , but our body still tends to be in motion, due to the inertia and we move ahead i.e. we slip. As the friction is less and we posses the inertia, we slip.
