Answer:

let 5 be =5x

let the 3be =3x

5x+2x= 35

7x=35

x=35÷7 =5

so ; the x is 5

cereals = 5+x

55= 25

vegetable= 5×2 =10

so;the consumption of cereal is 25

and the consumption of vegetables is 10

explanation

  1. first we take 5:2 as 5x and 2x
  2. then we add 5x and 2x
  3. after adding the answer come 7xafter adding
  4. after then we divided 7 with 35
  5. after dividing the x come 5
  6. then we multiply 5with 5 of cereals we take 5 two time as that our cereals is 5x and x is 5 so we multiply the answer come 25 ...
  7. then after this we do of cereal with same method of cereals once so after multiplication of 2 × 5 the answer comes 10
