Pr(3 Boys|know about one boy by happenstance) = (1/8)/[1/8 + 3X/8 + 3*(1-X)/8]= (1/8)/[1/8 + 3/8] = 1/4.

let x be the probability being a male child.
The possible outcomes are GGG, BGG, BBG, BBB = 4.
Then the probability of at least one boy is 3/4
