total number of milk item = 3

he take 1 item from milk = 3c1

total number of non- veg food = 3

he take 1 from this = 3c1

Total number of bread item = 3

he take 1 from this too = 3c1

total arrangements

(3C1 +3C1+3C1)3c1

=( 3+3+3)3

=27
