==>PT+TR+RU+UQ+SP+QS=28cm-----------1

PS and PT are tangents

==>PS=PT

same way we get,

===>TR=UR

===>QU=QS

FROM ----1 WE GET

PT+UR+UR+QS+PT+QS=28

2PT+2UR+2SQ=28

2(PT+UR+SQ)=28

PT+UR+SQ=28÷2

PT+UR+SQ=14cm
