AB = AC
=> AQ + BQ = AP + CP
Since AP = AQ
=> AP + BQ = AP + CP ( replacing AQ with AP )
cancelling AP from both sides
we have
BQ = CP
=> AQ + BQ = AP + CP
Since AP = AQ
=> AP + BQ = AP + CP ( replacing AQ with AP )
cancelling AP from both sides
we have
BQ = CP
