In the first row there are 30 rose plants.

In the second row there are 27 rose plants.

In the third row there are 24 rose plants.

After one row 3 plants are decreasing.

So, in the fourth row there are 24-3=21 rose plants.

And in the fifth row 21-3=18 rose plants.

Ans)In the fifth row there are 18 rose plants.
