 \huge \mathbb\red{ANSWER}

DC= 6 cm

AE= 4 cm

As parallelogram ABCD and DFC are between same base[DC] and between same parallel [AB//DC] Therefore area of triangle is equal to half the area of parallelogram.

Now,

1 /2 Area of //gm ABCD = area of triangle DCF

1/2 × AE×DC=area of triangle

1/2 ×6×4 = area of triangle 12 cm² =area of triangle DCF
