In a food chain,if 10000 joules of energy is available to the producer,how much energy will be available to the secondary consumer to transfer it to the tertiary consumer

According to conditions, we can see that only 10% energy is transferred to the next or successive trophic level and 90% of energy is being used, if we apply 10% law to the producer, we will get the energy that is available to the secondary consumer. Therefore when we apply 10% law to producer, we get:-

10% of 10,000 joules is 1000 Joules of energy will be available to the secondary consumer to transfer it to tertiary consumer.

If 10,000 joules of energy is available to the producer, then only 1000 joules ( 10000 ×10/100 = 1000) of energy will be available to the primary consumer and only 100 joules (1000×10/100= 100) of energy will be available to the secondary consumer. The energy available with the tertiary consumer will be 10 joules(100×10/100= 10) of energy.
