In a food plat, we have an agitator to dissolve sugar in water. After the mixing, the density of solution is 1050 kg/m^3, viscosity is 0.01 Pa.s and the solution volume is 10500 kg. The ratio of width to height of agitator is 1:1. The agitator has a high-efficiency impeller (like Fig 3.4-4a in Geankoplis testbook) (Da/Dt=0.2652, Da/W=5, four baffles each Dt/J=12). Calculate power (kW) of agitator motor required for agitation if propeller has 75 rpm?
