Applying Newtons first law of motion we have v=u+at which on solving we have 24=a*0.3 or acceleration a will be 80m/s^2. Hence, after the two kicks the mass of the football is force F=mass(M)*acceleration which on solving we have M=F/a or M=95/80 = 1.055 kg will be the mass of the football.
