In a Fort 300 men had provisions for 90 days. After 20 days, 50 men left in the fort . How long would the food last at the same rate?​

First 90 days were there but at present days are left 90-20= 70 days

There were 300 men but 50 men then left,

Remaining one's= 300-50= 250 men

So, provision for 300 men= 70 days

Provision for 250 men will be = x

As its indirect variation, so formula

70/x= 250/300

70×300/250= x

2100/25= x

420/5= x
