LET THE NUMERATOR BE 'X'

DENOMINATOR=X+6

IT MEANS THAT THE DENOMINATOR IS 6 MORE THAN THE NUMERATOR SO IF THE NUMERATOR INCREASES BY 3 THEN THE DENOMINATOR INCREASES BY 9 TIMES(6+3) THEREFORE THE FRACTION IS X+3/X+9
