Answer:

1/3

Step-by-step explanation:

let the numerator be x

and the denominator be 2x+x

ATQ,

X+3/(2x+x)+3=2/3

3x+9=4x+2x+6

3x-6x=6-9

-3x=-3

x= -3/-3

X= 1

numerator=X=1

denominator=2x+X =2×1+1=2+1=3

the original fraction will be 1/3

Answer:

7/12

Step-by-step explanation:

let numerator be X , so the denominator should be ( 2 X - 2)

hence: 2/3 = X + 3 /

2x - 2 + 3

2/3 = X + 3/ 2x + 1

3x + 9 = 4x + 2

9-2/4x=3x. ( cross multiply )

7/12 ans.
