Answer:
let the denominator be x.
so, A.T.P. numerator will be x+3
so fraction is,
(x+3)/x
now if 3 is added to both,
(x+3+3)/x+3 = 2/3
x+6/x+3 = 2/3
3x + 18 = 2x + 6
x = -12
so fraction is -9/-12.
hope it helps
