in a fraction,twice the numerator is 2 more than the denominator. if 3 is added to the numerator and to the denominator...the new fraction is 2/3. find original number.

let fraction be x/y...then ....
2x=2+y___*
x+3/y+3=2/3__*......
so these are the 2 equations. ..and u can find x and y....by elimination method...hope helps
