 \underline{\large\bf{\mathfrak{Solution :}}}

Let the dinominator be x
So, the numerator be y

y + 2 = 2x
=> y = 2x - 2

According to Question,

 \frac{x + 3}{2x - 2 + 3} = \frac{2}{3} \\ \\ \\ = > \frac{x + 3}{2x + 1} = \frac{2}{3} \\ \\ = > 3(x + 3) = 2(2x + 1) \\ \\ = > 3x + 9 = 4 x + 2 \\ \\ = > 9 - 2 = 4x - 3x \\ \\ = >  \boxed{7 = x}

Dinominator = 2x - 2
= 2(7) - 2
= 14 - 2
= 12

Hence, The numerator is 7
& the dinominator is 12

So, the fraction is 7/12
