sum of 2 and 3 is 5
sum of 10 and 15 is 25
probability of getting rotten orange is 5/25*3
so, 3/5
probability of getting rotten bananas is 5/25*2
so, 2/5
hope it helps.....
plz mark brainliest.......

cherylsmathew: it is wrong
cherylsmathew: the final answer is 3/25..... i dont know how to solve it
cherylsmathew: can anyone else help.... its urgent
AtalBihariVajpayee11: yes, I got it
AtalBihariVajpayee11: ratio is 2 and 3 so, 10 percent plus 15 percent so it is 25 the probability of orange is 3/25and probability of banana is 2/25
AtalBihariVajpayee11: did u get

Let the common ratio be x
Total fruits=2x + 3x = 5x
Rotten oranges
15/100 × 2x = 3x/10

Rotten Bananas
10/100 × 3x = 3x/10

Total rotten fruits
3x/10 + 3x/10 = 3x/5

Probability
3x/5 / 5x = 3/25
