let the coefficient of the ratios be X
then,
5x = 40
then, x = 8
so total no. of sunflower = 8×8
so the total number of sunflower in the garden = 64...
please mark it as brainliest answer.

Prakasham: 5X=40 then X=8 not 4
Prakasham: answer is 64 and not 32

Hello....

Ratio of Roses and Sunflowers = 5:8
Number of Roese = 40
Let Roses = 5x, and
Sunflowers = 8x
5x = 40 then,
x = 8 then
Sunflowers = 8x = 8×8 = 64

I think this is the correct answer.

Thankyou buddy...
