let the no. of mangoes= x
so no of pears= x-5
so no of apples= 2(x-5)
total fruits=29
x+(x-5)+2(x-5)=29
x+x-5+2x-10=29
4x-15=29
4x=29+15
4x=44
x=44/4
x=11
no of mangoes =11
no of pears=x-5
=11-5
=6
no of apples= 2(x-5)
=2(11-5)
=2(6)
=12
