soulution \:  -

we \: have

abcd \: is \: a \: quadrilateral \\ given \: data

angle \:  = 130 \\ angle  \:  = 100

so

angle \: b + angle \: c + angle \: a + angle \: d = 360

(b + c) = 360 - (a + d)

(b + c) = 360 - (130 + 100)

(b + c) = 360 - 230

(b + c) = 130

according \: to \: given \: question \:

angle \: ocb =  \frac{angle \: b}{2}

angle \: ocb =  \frac{angle \: c}{2}

now \:

angle \: ocb \:  + angle \: obc =  \frac{angle \: b + angle \: c}{2}  = 230

angle \: cob + 230 = 180

angle \: cob = 180 - 230

angle \: cob = 50
