angle ACO = 10 degrees

so,

angle BAN + BOC = 330 degrees    (i)

angle BOC (reflex) = 2angle BAC and,

angle BOC (reflex) = 360 - BOC

so,

360 - BOC = 2BAN

or; BOC = 360 - 2BAN

now, putting it in eqn (i)

BAN + 360 - 2BAN = 330

BAN = 30
