Given:

The system is in equilibrium, such that W1 = 300N.

To find:

Value of W2.

Calculation:

Applying Lami's Theorem in the right junction:

 \dfrac{W1}{ \sin(180 \degree - 37 \degree) }  =  \dfrac{T2}{ \sin(90 \degree + 37 \degree) }

 =  >  \dfrac{W1}{ \sin( 37 \degree) }  =  \dfrac{T2}{ \cos(37 \degree) }

 =  >  \dfrac{300}{(  \frac{3}{5} ) }  =  \dfrac{T2}{ ( \frac{4}{5} ) }

 =  >  T2 = 400 \: N

Applying Lami's Theorem at left junction:

 \dfrac{W2}{ \sin(180 \degree - 37 \degree) }  =  \dfrac{T2}{ \sin(90 \degree + 37 \degree) }

 =  >  \dfrac{W2}{ \sin( 37 \degree) }  =  \dfrac{T2}{ \cos(37 \degree) }

 =  >  \dfrac{W2}{(  \frac{3}{5} ) }  =  \dfrac{400}{ ( \frac{4}{5} ) }

 =  >  W2 = 300 \: N

So, final answer is :

 \boxed{ \red{ \large{W2 = 300 \: N }}}
