in a given simple pendulum Band C are extreme positions and A is the mean position. if it takes 2 seconds to move from B to C,what is it's time period? ​

Time period is one the characteristics of the SHM it define as Smallest time interval after which the oscillatory motion gets repeated is called time period .

\sf {t =  \dfrac{2\pi}{w}  = 2\pi \sqrt{ \dfrac{m}{k} } }

Now , we calculate the it's time period as per our questions:

The Total time take =

(Time From B to C) + (Time From C to B)

➜ The total time taken = 2 + 2

➜ The total time taken = 4 seconds
