In a godown,there are 242 boxes of toffees weighing 8kg each and 178 boxes of biscuits weighing 6kg each.find the total weight of both products

242 boxes of toffees weighing 8kg each

weight of one box=242×8

=1936kg

178 boxes of biscuits weighing 6kg each

weight of one box =178 ×6

=1068

total boxes =242+178

=420

total weight of 420 boxes=1936+1068

=3004
