Ans.
3rd term of gp=a(r)³=24
6th term of gp=a(r)6=192
By dividing
r6-3=8
Therefore r=2
ar³=24
a=24/8
a=3
10th term of gp=ar9=3×(2³)³
=1536

Here is your answer :
__________________________

a3 = a {r}^{2}  = 24 -  - (1) \\  \\ a6 = a {r}^{5}  = 195 -  - (2) \\  \\  \\ dividing \: (2) \: by \: (1) \: we \: get \:  \frac{ {ar}^{5} }{ {ar}^{2} }  =  \frac{195}{24}  \\  \\  =  >  {r}^{3}  = 8 =  {2}^{3}  \\  \\ r = 2 \\  \\ substituting \: r \: in \: (1) \: we \: get \: a = 6 \\  \\ therefore \: a10 =  {ar}^{9}  = 6 {(2)}^{2}  = 3072
