In a green pail there are 3.6 liters of water .in a red pail there are 4800 cm3 of water find the ratio of the amount of water in the green pail to that in the red pail

Given,

We know that , 1 litre = 1000cubic.cm

Green pail contains = 3.6 litre

Red pail contains = 4800 cubic.cm = 4800/1000=4.8 litre

Therefore the ratio of their amount of water= 3.6/4.8

= 3/4

= 3:4
