In a group of 36 girlseach one can either stitch or weave or can do both.If 25 girls can stitchand17 can stitch only.How many can weave only?

I think 11 should be the answer .
Because
total no. of girls = 36
no. of the girls who can stich only = 17
no. of girls who can stich = 25 means they can weave also means they can doboth things

then the no. of girls who can weave only = 36-25 = 11

it may be wrong but I tried my best

Answer: 11

36 is total which is written like this in sets : n( A U B )

so n ( AUB) = n(A) + n (B) - n( A intersection B )

so when u want to find A intersection B u must add A, B and subract it from AUB

so the answer u get is 11 hope this helps..
