by using the property n(aUb)=n(a)+n(b)-n(a intersection b). let's take n(a)=n(H)= no. of students speaking hindi. and n(b)=n(E)=no. of students who speak English putting these values in the given formula we get 50=35+n(E)-25. therefore n(E)=40. now 25 speak both the languages therefore. no. of students who speak only English =n(E)-n(H intersection E). =40-25. =15. hope it helps u
