Solution:

Hindi  H  = 350

English  E = 300

Total  = 500

Both   H ∩ E  =  ?

None  = 0   ( each people speak atleast one of two language  )

Total = H  + E  -    H ∩ E  + None

=> 500  = 350 + 300 -   H ∩ E  + 0

=> H ∩ E  = 150

150 people speak both hindi and english
