  1. Let x be no.of rows an and coloums also be the same because no.of rows=no.of coloume
  2. In one row there will be x chairs and in one coloum there will be x chairs.Hence total no.of chairs in room is x*x which is 625 i.e., x*x=625
  3. From this we get x=25 .Hence there are 25 rows and 25 coloumns
  4. Given the chairs in one row and one column are removed.hence there are 24 rows and 24 coloums now.Hence now total no.of chairs in room will be 24*24=576
