Height of cylindrical pipe = 28m

Diameter = 5cm

Radius = 5/2cm

= 2.5cm

r = 2.5/100

= 0.025m

CSA of cylinder = 2πrh

= 2 × 22/7 × 0.025 × 28

= 44/7 × 0.7

= 30.8/7

= 4.4m²
