in a house 5 bulbs each of 100w, 2 fans of 60w,2 A.C's of 1.5w are used for 5hours per day. find i) total power consumed for 30days (ii)the cost of electricity at the rate of rs.7 per unit

Here we go

5 bulbs of 100 W for 5hrs

5*100*5=2500W

2 fans of 60 W for 5 hrs

2*60*5=600W

2 AC of 1.5W for 5 hrs

2*1.5*5=15W

Now,

Adding all three

=2500+600+15

=3115W

Now for 30 days

=30*3115

=93450W or 93.45kWh

Now, for 2nd part

I did nt undertand its .7 or just 7

So i will do both

=7*93.45

Rs 654.15

=.7*93.45

Rs 65.415
