parallel connection have least resistance.
it can give same voltage ie, in domestic 220-240v
it will get 220v and < or = 5 amp current
so if we give the appliance the nessocery requirements (current and voltage ) then it will you's 1.5kw power
if current increase more than 5amp then the fuse will blow
