F1/a1=F2/a2

F1=800*9.8*10/100000

F1=0.784N

Given

Mass=800kg
a=10 cm/s2
=0.1m/s^2

Therefore force with produces downward = m×a
=80N

Force the jack has to conquer = 80N
This is the min. force required to lift the car.
