in a laboratory there are 4200 books of Indian marriage if the ratio of Hindi books to maths books is 11:10. Find the number of Hindi and maths book

Answer:

Hindi Books =42oox11/21 =2200

Maths Books-=42oox10/21=2000

First to find the value of x we will

11x+10x=4200

21x=4200

X=4200/21

X=200

Now to find value of hindi books

11x=11*200
11x=2200

And maths books are

10x=10*200
10x=2000

Hence

Hindi books are 2200

Maths books are2000
