in a library 20% books are English and 50 are hindi and remaining 600 are in another language what is the total no of books in the library ​

30% of these remaining books are in French = 30% of 40 = 12 books.

Now the remaining books = 40 - 12 = 28 books.

According to the question the total remaining books = 6300.

On applying Unitary Method:-

When remaining books are 28 then total books in library = 100.

Again when remaining book is 1 then total books in the library will be = (100/28)

Therefore when remaining books are 6300 then the total books in the library

= (100/28) * 6300

= 22,500 books

Hence, the total number of books in the library = 22,500 books.
