Question :-

⟶ a long distance race the athletes were expected to take four rounds of the track such as that the line of finish was same as the line of start suppose the length of the track was 200 m what is the total distance to be covered by the athlete what is the displacement of the athlete when they touch the finish line

Given :-

⟶the length of the track = 200m

To find :-

⟶The distance covered by athlete

⟶The displacement of the athlete

Solution :-

⟶distance = 4 × 200 = 800 m

⟶displacement = total distance covered between initial point to final point = 0m

Hence, the distance covered by the athlete is 800m and displacement is 0m
